Synesthesia is a 2021 melodic instrumental progressive metal (or simply instrumental metal) single by Wide Eyes. It is 8 minutes and 18 seconds long, making for a track which delivers a boat load of good sound from its very first note all the way to the last. The track has great instrumentation, with a multitude of instruments being present in its composition.

Among the instruments that can be heard during the course of this 8 minute and 18 second festival of good sound are: a piano, an acoustic guitar, and even a few violins - which can be faintly heard in the background of the monstrous metal sound. The track also fluctuates in speed throughout the song, getting more intense as the track goes on.

This makes for an explosive grand finale, culminating in one last blast of insane metal guitar sounds before the track ends on a much calmer note. Definitely a great conclusion, for a great single.

Overall, Synesthesia is great in its instrumentation and overall composition, making use of a variety of instruments throughout its 8 minute and 18 second run time, which the single uses to build up intensity until it ultimately culminates in an explosion of intense metal melodies. An interesting, and also very great, single.
