Touch the Corpse is a 2021 darksynth single by Irving Force. It is 2 minutes and 46 seconds long. During these 2 minutes and 46 seconds, Irving Force delivers a wave of synths and guitar sounds which certainly can’t be found in many other places. The high-energy, incredible delivery of these two elements makes for a track which remains relatively intense throughout its entire runtime. The vocals are delivered flawlessly as well, enhancing the interesting sound that the song provides.
It should also be noted that this song, along with other songs by Irving Force, incorporate science fiction elements into their lyrics. This is why, during several moments in the song, a robotic voice is heard wishing to collect data from a corpse (which is the namesake of the single). These lyrics fit very well with the instrumentation, creating a futuristic atmosphere.
Overall, Touch the Corpse is a great display of a unique synth and guitar mix which very few artists have experimented with. Irving Force delivers this intriguing sound flawlessly, with each element of the song coming together to make an enjoyable listening experience.
