Cold Steel… For An Iron Age is a 2002 blackened thrash metal album by Deströyer 666. It contains 10 tracks, spanning 40 minutes of music. The album makes itself known with its rapid, absolutely unforgiving sound. The very first track, “Black City - Black Fire”, makes for an epic opening that introduces whoever listens to it to the insane sound that they’re about to hear.

Deströyer 666 manages to encapsulate listeners with their impressive metal sound that is sure to leave one feeling satisfied. Their relentless vocal and instrumentation work make this a great listen. The more I listen to the insane sound that they deliver, the more that I like it. Their lyrics are also quite creative - do give them a read to see what I’m talking about.

Some of my favorites from this album include “Black City - Black Fire”, “Cold Steel”, and “Witch Hunter”.

Overall, Cold Steel… For An Iron Age is a must listen for metal fans. You’re sure to love the powerful sound that Destrõyer 666 delivers on this album.
