Welcome to Bonkers is a 2018 melodic death metal album by the band Nekrogoblikon. It contains 11 tracks, comprising 41 minutes of music. The album does well in terms of vocals and general instrumentation, incorporating a nice sound which defines the album.

The album also does pretty well with its lyrics, refraining from repetitiveness or feeling dull. Being the first melodic death metal album I’ve reviewed, the album sets itself apart from other albums in similar genres because of the sound that Nekrogoblikon pulls off on the album. The album is also a lot less heavy than the other death metal albums reviewed, but still remains an energetic album throughout.

Some of my favorite tracks from this album include “Mold”, “Row”, “Thanks for Nothing, Moon”, “The Skin Thief”, and “The Magic Spider”.

Overall, Welcome to Bonkers is a nice album to listen to. Its incorporation of vocals and instrumentation sets itself apart from similar albums. Would recommend for metal fans.
