Jobie Reviews Music 74: EUCLID C FINDER! by Euclid C Finder. Requested by F63.

EUCLID C FINDER! is a 2018 mathcore EP by the one-man project Euclid C Finder. It’s a relatively short EP, containing only 6 tracks and spanning 11 minutes. The EP, being a mathcore EP, prides itself on its wild composition that can range from unusual music structure, to just overall music complexity in general.

With that out of the way, I think it’s time we address just how good this EP is. The EP’s high-energy nature combined with its powerful vocals make this EP enjoyable to listen to. Even in its short run time, it manages to have extremely varied song structure and overall feel, with some tracks being blisteringly fast and others speeding up and slowing down.

This EP also balances the insane instrumentation with the vocals delivered by Michael Mehl. They enhance the complex song structure that Mehl uses to make this EP stand out from similar-sounding ones, and if you listen closely, you’ll definitely hear it.

My favorite tracks from this EP include “Aesthetic Distance”, “Dead Soundboy”, and “If You Hope the Answer’s Nope”.

Overall, this EP packs a big punch in its mere 11 minutes of run time and 6 tracks. I recommend listening to this one if you like fast-paced, powerful tracks.
