This single is a cover of one of the most well known rock songs out there - “You’re Gonna Go Far, Kid”, by The Offspring. It’s quite a glorious cover at that, with the addition of Jonathan Young’s instrumentation and incredible vocals.

In my opinion, this cover is just as good as the original! The cover keeps the overall “feel” of the original while still innovating upon its sound. The metal sound feels very fitting for this song, especially with the scream vocals added in.

Overall, You’re Gonna Go Far Kid is a nice cover of an already great song. It keeps the feel of the original while still building upon its great sound, with the addition of incredible vocals and great instrumentation. A great listen, especially for those who like the original song.
