Jobie's Bite-Sized Music Reviews 11: End of Creation (album) - In Transformation

Recommended

End of Creation is a 2010 hard rock album by the band In Transformation. The album consists of 8 tracks, and has a runtime of roughly 25 minutes*. Although the album seems to have been released in various places over the years, most of the listings for this album on the linked image have mysteriously disappeared. I tried to find out why, but I couldn’t find anything announcing or even acknowledging the delistings. In fact, the last activity from the band period was in a 2018 facebook post announcing the free download of this album (thanks!). The album delivers a variety of sonic, high-paced melodies. The title track, “End of Creation” is perhaps one of the hardest tracks on the album, with intense instrumentation spanning its runtime. Their style is reminiscent of 2000s era Bullet for My Valentine. “Victims of Transformation” is one of the catchiest tracks on the album, with a memorable chorus and melancholic instrumentation being its main appeal. The only criticism that I have has very little to do with the album itself, but how the metadata for the tracks was managed. There are two track 3’s for some reason, and three tracks were missing their metadata. This made it difficult to piece together which tracks belonged to this album, and which ones were singles which were not a part of this album. Overall, End of Creation is a relatively obscure hard rock album that delivers 8 sonic, intense tracks. Its vocals fit the tone of its tracks, and do a lot to soundtrack the album’s instrumentation.
